Running is the base. Strength is the difference.

Run coaching is the engine. Strength is the optional add-on most clients pair with it. You don’t get one without the other on its own — strength only stacks with coaching.

01 + 02 · Most clients pair coaching + strength. Strength is not sold standalone — it’s a multiplier on the plan, never a substitute.

Mitch builds your first block from scratch in Final Surge. Strength sessions (optional) come through Everfit, paired with the run plan.

Train with weekly check-ins

Every Sunday we review the week and adjust the plan. Direct messaging access whenever life — or your body — changes mid-block.

  • Anyone who wants to run better. From first-time 5K runners to sub-3 marathoners and ultra-runners. The methodology is the same; the prescription is what changes to fit you.

  • Through Final Surge for run coaching and Everfit for strength. You get your weekly plan, log your sessions, and message your coach as needed. Everything in one place, on your phone.

  • Weekly 1:1 check-ins, plus unlimited messaging access in between. Sessions are reviewed regularly and the plan adjusts based on your data, feedback, and life.

  • We work with you (and often with your physio) to ramp mileage smartly, integrate strength to bulletproof weak links, and build back without setbacks. Comeback runs are one of the things personalised coaching does best.

  • No. We coach beginners through to elite age-groupers. If you can commit to consistency, we can build the plan around you.

  • No — strength is an add-on to run coaching, not a standalone service. It’s designed to complement and amplify the running plan, not replace it.

  • Run coaching starts from $55/week. Strength is +$25/week as an add-on. No setup fees, cancel anytime. Pricing is discussed and confirmed on your discovery call.

  • Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals, your history, and whether McInnes Movement is the right fit. If it is, we’ll get you onboarded that week.

  • No lock-in. Coaching is delivered week-to-week. Most clients stay 6-12 months, but you can cancel anytime.
